Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items according to the procedure outlined below.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return and quantity
• Reason for return

Return Conditions

Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original (intact) packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

Return Procedure

1. Send a return request to our customer service.
2. You will receive detailed instructions and the shipping address.
3. Carefully package the product and ship it within 7 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
4. After receiving and verifying the product, we will proceed with the refund.
   

Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Any original shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect in the product.
