Order Preparation Time

Our products are assembled and finished by hand before shipping. For this reason, each order undergoes careful inspection to ensure that the product meets our quality standards.

The order fulfillment time is generally between 3 and 5 business days.

This timeframe allows us to dedicate the necessary time to each product for assembly, preparation, and quality control before dispatch.

During periods of high order volume, preparation may take a few additional days. Our goal always remains to ship as soon as possible, without compromising the quality of the product you will receive.

Shipping Times

Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery generally takes place within 24–48 business hours.

International Shipping

Are customs duties and import taxes included in my order?

No. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by the local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Amaldogs has no control over these charges or their amount.
